ARCANE Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Arcane for any digital marketing, design, or related services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ( and Arcane ("we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Arcane offers a range of digital marketing and design services, as outlined in our service agreements and proposals. Specific details, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be provided in project-specific agreements.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to cooperate with Arcane by providing necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the execution of services. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional costs.

4. Payments

All project fees and payment schedules will be clearly outlined in our project proposal or agreement. Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Delinquent payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in the project agreement, all intellectual property rights related to work created by Arcane shall be owned by the Client upon full payment for services. Arcane reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, marketing strategies, and business plans.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date and any applicable termination fees.

8. Liability

Arcane shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. The Client agrees that Arcane's liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sale of goods act and law of contract, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

10. Amendments

Arcane reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
